Terms and Conditions for Click To Win Contest
Pigeon Kitchen Appliances is running a ‘contest’ on Facebook and Instagram called #ClickToWin. The contest will be open for participation until 11th September 23.00 and the winners will be selected based on:
1. Residents of India, 18 years and above.
2. 100% weightage will be given to the one who follows all the terms and conditions. – Invite/ Nominate 10 friends to participate in the contest – Like, comment and share the contest posts – Use #ClickToWin in all their entries – Participants who share accurate screenshots
3. Contest is being conducted on Facebook and Instagram and entries shall be accepted only on these platforms.
4. Winners will be decided on the sole discretion of Pigeon Kitchen Appliances and will be announced after the contest is completed.
5. Participants shall accept the decision by Pigeon kitchen Appliances as a binding one and shall in no circumstance of event challenge the same.
6. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
7. Winner(s) will have to produce identity proof and other required documents within 24 hrs of the announcement of the winners. Failure to present such documents will lead to disqualification.
8. On submission of an entry for this Contest, every Participant agrees to consent to use the said submission across properties like print, Facebook wall, galleries on Facebook for Pigeon Kitchen Appliances’ marketing activities as they may deem fit in its sole discretion and also undertakes to do any and/or all acts, deeds, matter or things and further execute any and all documents in such manner as may be required by Pigeon Kitchen Appliances in its sole and absolute discretion. Pigeon Kitchen Appliances, its agents and distributors under no circumstances would be responsible or liable to compensate the Participant and / or Winner, or accept any liability for inability of the Participant / Winner to receive the Prize / Free Goodies for any reasons attributable to the non-compliance of the Terms & Conditions by the Participant / Winner.
9. Pigeon Kitchen Appliances may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any submissions, and prohibit further participation in this Contest by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the submission process or with the operation of this Contest or acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
10. Participants may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
11. The prize that is won cannot be exchanged for any other prize under any circumstances.
