2) Prizes are non-transferable or non-encashable
3) Winners will be required to submit thefollowing verification documents to be eligible to collect any prize:Proof of current residence and proof of date of birth. The award of prizesshall be subject to verification to the full satisfaction of VijaytaFilms.
4) The Organizers reserve the right tochange/ modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the contest, at any timeat their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning anyreason
6) The decision of the Organizers inconnection with the contest will be final and binding and is non-contestable.In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this contest, the decisionof the Organizers shall be final and binding on all concerned
7) The activity shall be subject tojurisdiction of competent court/s at Mumbai alone
