By participating in this Contest, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions.

1. Terms & Conditions:

§ Rules to follow before participating in the contest:

§ The #MyNeighborhood is brought to you by Coldwell Banker India.

§ The Contest is open for all the residents of India, except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotion agencies and its auditors.

§ The organizer may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period or any part of the promotion, as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever, and no communication in this regard will be entertained.

§ Use the hashtag #MyNeighborhood while sending your entries.

2. Game Rules:

§ The #MyNeighbourhood shall be conducted today i.e 30th December, so send in your entries on time.

§ Participants will have to capture photos of their Neighborhood and tell us why it’s the best neighborhood.

§ Ask their friends to like their post/ picture as the maximum number of likes will win the contest.

§ Don’t forget to use #MyNeighborhood in their post.

§ No entries after 5th January 2016 will be considered valid.

3. Prize and Winners:

§ The post/ picture with maximum likes win’s a prize or decided otherwise by Coldwell Banker India.

§ The decision of Coldwell Banker India will be final & binding and is non-contestable.

§ Coldwell Banker India reserves right to withdraw or alter any of the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

§ All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The prizes cannot be exchanged /redeemed for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes. In the event, a winner of the contest chooses not to accept the prize, he or she forfeits all claims to the prize.
