1. Activity will be open for posting entries on 19th January 2016 10:15-11:30 HRS IST

2. The activity is open for all fans who are above 18 years of age and are residing in India

3. Posting of multiple entries are allowed, but only one entry per user will be considered

4. Fans are not permitted to submit entry / entries on behalf of any other individual or entity

5. Entries should use the hashtag #IDFCBankBranchLaunch along with the Clue Number on Facebook

6. Entries must be posted only on the activity post

7. Answers need to be posted on the twitter timeline tagging @IDFC_Bank and mentioning the hashtag #IDFCBankBranchLaunch

8. Submission of comments of any kind on the activity post, not relevant to the activity, will not be considered or replied to. Such comments will be deleted

9. 5 lucky winners will win exciting goodies from IDFC Bank

10. The winners will be notified on 27th January 2016

11. The decision of IDFC Bank in selecting the winners will be final & binding on all participants and no query will be entertained on the same

12. Winners must establish contact with IDFC Bank within (7) days from the date of announcement of winners, failure to do so will result in forfeiting their goodies

13. Winners must provide their personal identification during the time of announcement

14. Winners will receive their goodies 10 days after the announcement of the results

15. IDFC Bank reserves the right to withdraw the activity/event and/or change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this activity, without any reason and at any time, without prior notice

16. Winner of the activity may voluntarily opt out

17. Employees of IDFC Bank, its agencies, partners and their relatives & family members will not be eligible to participate in the activity

18. IDFC Bank will not be responsible and liable for any/all disputes raised by guests regarding acceptability, suitability, delivery, service, defects, deficiency, performance or quality of the services/products under the activity

19. Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

20. IDFC Bank has rights to suspend an entry for the following reasons:· Image or comment mocking an individual· Any obscene image or comment using any kind of abusive language or slang words· Any misrepresentation which may lead to any false identity of any individual· Image or comment disrespecting any individual & his/her sentiment· Image or comment on any discrimination or gender bias

21. The activity is subject to the applicable rules and regulations mentioned above

23.Any entry submitted on or after the conclusion of activity period will not be accepted and no communication in this regard will be entertained by IDFC Bank

24. No alternative cash prizes shall be given to the winners and the goodies will not be converted into cash

25.Company’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained in that regard by IDFC Bank

26. IDFC Bank does not encourage & is not responsible for the misuse of any content

27.IDFC Bank shall not be liable for any kinds of IPR infringement which may be involved in any of the picture messages posted by the participants

29. The prizes for the activity would be delivered only to Indian Addresses
