Big Bazaar ‘Say Thank You’ contest

The ‘Say Thank You’ contest will run from March 5th to March 8th, 2016

· All entries for participation must be made in the form of selfies in the comments section on Facebook or as a reply in Twitter on an original Big Bazaar post

· Submissions without the hashtag #SayThankYou will not be considered as valid entries

· Entries for each post close at 8 pm on the day the post is published

· Four lucky winners stand a chance to win Gift Vouchers worth Rs. 1000

· A total of four entries will be selected as the winners of this contest. This will be decided by Big Bazaar in its sole discretion

· The winner will be contacted through Facebook/Twitter. In case of non-delivery of such notification message/email, Big Bazaar shall not be responsible

· To participate in the activity, it is a mandate to like the Big Bazaar Facebook page and follow the Big Bazaar Twitter page

· Future Value Retail Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw or change or modify the promotions and schemes at any given time without prior notice

· The winners will be required to submit all information that is reasonably required by Big Bazaar within 5 (five) days from the date of declaration of the winners, failing which the winners will not be entitled to claim the prize provided by Big Bazaar from time to time, as provided under these terms and conditions

· Any participant(s) found to have used illegitimate/unethical ways to win the contest will be disqualified and banned from this contest and from taking part in any future contests organized by Big Bazaar

· The contest is not valid for any employees of Future Group & any other organization associated with the fan pages or their respective families

· The winner of this contest hereby agrees that their pictures, commissioned by Big Bazaar will be used by Big Bazaar and across all media in perpetuity

· The participant(s) agree to a use of their names for advertising, trade and publicity purposes by Big Bazaar on the Big Bazaar Facebook page

· The participant(s) release and agrees to hold harmless Future Group from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage caused during the participation in the contest, or from the use of any prize

· Big Bazaar reserves the right of absolute discretion to modify any terms and conditions applicable to this contest as well as the right to withdraw/cancel the contest without any prior notification at its sole discretion

· Participation in the contest will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. In the event of dispute with the terms and conditions, Big Bazaar’s decision shall be final and binding on the participants
