Doy Care is conducting the contest #WomenWeLove contest from 5th March – 8th March, 2016. The contest will run throughout India.

About Contest –

1. Participants will post a comment tagging other women that they admire along with the reasons why, on the Doy Care facebook page with the tag #DoyCare #WomenWeLove
2. Duration of contest: 5th March – 8th March, 2016
3. Entries will be only received until contest end date, unless specified.

Facebook - Rules

1. All the participants should like the Doy Care official Facebook page – www.facebook.com/doycare
2. Participants should post their entries tagging #DoyCare #WomenWeLove. Entries without the hashtag will be disqualified.
3. Judges’ decision will be final and binding.

Terms & Conditions -

The Contest is open across India. All contestants should be 18 years of age or above.

1. Participation in this Contest is not contingent upon the purchase of any Doy Care products.
2. By participating in this Contest, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the decisions of Doy Care which shall be final and binding in all the matters related to the Program.
3. The best entries will win prizes, as per judges’ decision.
4. Winners will receive a Doy Care gift hamper.
5. The winners of the Prizes will be announced at the end of the contest period.
6. The prizes shall take up to 60 days to be sent to the winners. The Prize is not transferable, no substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of the Prize will be permitted.
7. The decision of Doy Care regarding the winners of the contest shall be final and binding on all Participants.
8. Doy Care retains the sole authority and discretion of determining the quantity of the prizes being given during the duration of the Contest Period.
9. The winners of the Prizes shall be required to take delivery of the prize or complete the formalities relating to the delivery of the prize to the satisfaction of Doy Care within 60 days from the date of receipt of information from Doy Care. If no steps are taken for any reason whatsoever by the winners within the said stipulated period the winner's entitlement to the prize shall stand automatically forfeited.
10. All prizes will be handed over to the winners against due acknowledgment of receipt. Doy Care shall stand fully absolved of its obligation under the Contest post receipt of the prizes by the winners and shall not be liable in any manner to the winner and/or his/her legal representatives on any aspect of the Contest whatsoever.
11. Doy Care reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Contest at any time during the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice to participants or without assigning any reason.
12. Doy Care retains the right to contact the Participants any time after the end of the Contest Period.
13. DoyCare or Facebook shall not be responsible if for some reason the participant is unable to connect to the said web page or post their entries for any reason whatsoever.
14. The personal information shared with Doy Care, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the Participant.
15. All disputes with respect to this Contest are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts or forums in Mumbai only.
16. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
17. You understand that Doy Care does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Content you submit to Doy Care.
18. You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of submitting and posting your Content to Doy Care. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the Content you submit to Doy Care. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize Doy Care to use all copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights in and to any Content to enable inclusion and use thereof; and (ii) you have the written consent and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the Content to use their name or likeness as contemplated by these Terms & Conditions.
19. By submitting Content to Doy Care, you hereby grant Doy Care a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, irrevocable, perpetual and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of (including without limitation, to rename, edit, shorten, split the videos into different segments, and use the entire video or segments as part of compilations), display, publish, adapt, make available online or electronically transmit, and perform the Content in Doy Care Platforms or through any media channels.
20. You hereby agree and undertake that you will not: (i) submit any Content that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the Content and to grant Doy Care all of the license rights granted herein; (ii) publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage Doy Care or any third party; (iii) submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate; (iv) misrepresent yourself in submitting the Content or suppress your true identity; (v) send unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, spam, chain letters, etc.; (vi) submit any Content which contains software viruses, or other harmful computer code, files or programs; and (vii) disrupt servers or networks connected to the Doy Care Platforms.
21. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Doy Care, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, losses or expenses or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of any Content and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available to Doy Care, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Doy Care is advised of the possibility of such damages.
22. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Doy Care, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (ii) your violation of the terms which apply to your Content; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, publicity or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your Content caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive these Terms & Conditions.
