General T&C
1. By entering into the contest being advertised by Foodpanda, you (the “Participant”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. It is important to read and understand these terms and conditions before proceeding further with any participation.

Participation

1. This contest is being held by Pisces Eservices Pvt. Ltd (‘Foodpanda’).

2. This contest is open to all residents of India.

3. The minimum age for participants is 18 years of age.

4. Foodpanda employees, and their direct relatives (spouse and children) may not participate.

5. The contest shall run from 10th June 2016 until 10th July 2016 (the “Period”).

6. Participants can take part multiple times throughout the Period but participation shall be limited to one time per Prediction.

Procedure 

1. Throughout the Period, Foodpanda shall issue a daily prediction on its Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/foodpanda.in/) and Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/foodpandaindia) (the “Prediction”) in relation to a particular football match that shall be taking place on that day.

2. The Prediction shall state, in Foodpanda’s opinion, which football team shall win that particular match.

3. The Participants shall perform the following actions: a. Like the relevant post by clicking the ‘Like’ button on Facebok, or double tapping the image on Instagram b. Comment on the relevant post in the appropriate space below the post, by stating which team they think will win. Participants may either agree or disagree with Foodpanda’s prediction.

 4. At the end of the relevant match, Foodpanda shall compile all the participants who gave the correct answer from both Facebook and Instagram posts, and randomly select the winners as outlined below. A prize for each of the winners will be randomly selected by Foodpanda.

5. In the event that the football match ends in a tie, all participants will be selected and the winners will be randomly selected from that pool.

6. Foodpanda decisions on the winners will be final. 7. Participants agree to be contacted via E-mail; push notifications; Facebook or Instagram messaging.

Prizes 

1. The Prizes shall be divided as follows: a. For matches between the 10th and 22nd June, 2016: i. Five (5) winners per match with the following prizes:

b. For matches between the 25th and 27th June, 2016:

i. Seven (7)) winners per match with the following prizes:

c. For matches between the 30th June and 3 rd July, 2016:

i. Eleven (11) winners per match with the following prizes:

4 Medium Vouchers
5 Small Vouchers
d. For matches between the 6 th July and 7th July, 2016:

i. Fourteen (14) winners per match with the following prizes:

4 Medium Vouchers
5 Small Vouchers

e. For the final match on 10th July, 2016:

i. Twenty-four (24) winners per match with the following prizes:

7 Medium Vouchers

1 OnePlus X Ceramic Phone

2. The following definitions shall be applicable to the Prizes mentioned above:
a. Big Vouchers shall be: INR 500
b. Medium Vouchers shall be: INR 300
c. Small Vouchers shall be: INR 150
d. Zebronics Brio Headphones
e. OnePlus X Ceramic Phone f. OnePlus VR Sets

3. By taking part in the Event, the Participants understand and agree that the above Prizes cannot be exchanged for other items or for cash and Foodpanda’s decision on the winners and allocated prize is final.
