ELIGIBILITY:

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:

1. This Contest will commence from 28th July, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on 28th July, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).
2. In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must sign-in to or sign-up from an Amazon account on the Amazon.in website or App
3. Once you have signed-in to your Amazon.in account, you can participate by navigating to the page where a question will be posted on the day of the Contest Period regarding IFB/ the Brand. The question will be posted at 12 AM (IST).
4. Thereafter, if you answer correctly to the question at the first attempt and do not subsequently re-enter another answer to the same question, you will be entitled for a lucky draw which will be carried out amongst participants who have answered that particular question correctly.
5. The draw of lots will be carried out during the Contest Period for the question and 1 (one) participant will be selected as the winner by a random draw of lots for the question on each day of the Contest Period.
6. The declared winner(s) will be eligible for winning an IFB washing machine (hereinafter referred to as “Prize(s)”).
7. Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under the Contest Period.

Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit and/ or prize awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

PRIZES:

There is a total of 1 (one) Prize that will be given under this Contest. The Prize will be delivered to the winner on or before 31st August, 2016 by IFB. Amazon will not be responsible and/ or liable for handling, entertaining or resolving any queries or grievances regarding the status, fulfillment, use or misuse of the Contest in any manner whatsoever. Amazon will not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the participant and IFB.
