The Promoter is: Future Brands Ltd whose registered office is at Knowledge House, ShyamNagar, Off. Jogeshwari – Vikhroli Link Road, Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai –400060.

The Contest is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above, except employees of Future Group including all its affiliate/associate entity, all the managing agencies and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Contest.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Contest.

By entering this Contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Route to entry in the contest is through Social Networking site such as “Facebook” and “Twitter”. Multiple entries from the same person will not be considered, only one entry will be considered for the Contest.

The period of the Contest shall be from 26th December 2015, from 10:00 AM till 6th Jan 2015, 6:00PM. After this date no further entries to the contest will be permitted.

The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for entries not received within the Contest duration for whatever reason.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest without any reason thereof along with these terms and conditions without notice. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter without any obligation.

The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate contest details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.

The Contest is as follows: All eligible participants have to follow the above-mentioned link & answer a simple question. The best 12 answers shall be declared winner of the contest, accordingly winner shall win exclusive John Miller calendar coasters and will get featured on Digital dictionary too.

The winner of the Contest cannot transfer his rights to third person.

Winners will be chosen from all entries received and the winner announced, shall be final and binding on all concerned.

The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook within 24 hours. If the winner cannot be contacted or the winner cannot confirm his/her availability within 24 hours of after having received the notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the winner nomination from the contest and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The contest and the terms and conditions will be governed by The Constitution of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
