Terms & Conditions for 'festive season' Contest
1. Festive Season Contest (“Contest”) is brought to you by Satya Group (“Organizer”).
2. By participating in this Contest, the Contestant agrees to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
3. The participants need to like ‘Satya Group’ page on Facebook
4. Contest starts from 26th December 12:30 pm, till 30th December 5:00 pm (“Contest Period”)
5. Contest is being conducted under the supervision of Satya Group
6. The participant has to answer using hashtag #festiveseason
7. Answers posted anywhere else, except the respective Facebook Timeline posts, won’t be eligible for winning the contest.
8. Users can participate as many times as they want during the Contest however can win the Prize only once.
9. 'Festive contest’ contest is open only for Indian residents.
10. The decision of ‘Satya Group’ will be final & binding and is non-contestable.
11. Satya Group reserves the right to withdraw or alter any of the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
13. The 3 lucky winners will be gratified with exciting prizes, basis their performance in the contest.
