Sand Pebbles Tour ‘n’ Travels is running a ‘contest’ called ‪#‎InTheWild‬. To be a part of this contest, participant will have to submit their responses pertaining to the leg of the contest through Sand Pebbles Tour ‘n’ Travels Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/Sandpebble... OR through Twitter https://twitter.com/sandpebblestour...

 

How to participate

 

The contest ‪#‎InTheWild‬ for Sand Pebbles Tour ‘n’ Travels will begin on 10th December 11:30 AM and participants can send their entries till 16th December 11.59 PM.

 

• Steps to participant in the contest:

 

1. On Facebook, fans have to upload a photo of themselves with another willing person who wishes to participate, in the comments section of the contest post.

2. On Twitter, the followers have to upload a photo of themselves with another willing person as a tweet addressed to @sandpebblestour with ‪#‎InTheWild‬

3. The uploaded photo has to be accompanied by a funny, witty, interesting caption stating what the fan and the accompanying person in the photograph want to do in Bhitarkanika National Park.

4. It is compulsory for the fans to use the hashtag ‪#‎InTheWild‬ along with their answers.

5. Fans are encouraged to give witty, funny, comical captions. However, hurtful, vulgar, or any statement which could be seen as an intention to cause emotional or bodily harm will be immediately disregarded.

6. A sample Facebook caption could read as follows

‘Me and my friend would like to climb the trees of Bhitarkanika National Park and chirp like the birds ‪#‎InTheWild‬’

7. A sample Twitter caption could read as follows:

‘Me and my friend would like to climb the trees of Bhitarkanika National Park and chirp like the birds ‪#‎InTheWild‬ @sandpebblestour

 

 

Winner Selection

 

1. The winners will be decided on the quality of the answer to ‘What would you and your friend want to do in Bhitarkanika National Park’.

2. A valid entry should contain an image of the fan, and a willing person/friend, along with the afore-mentioned caption.

3. Winners will be decided on the sole discretion of Sand Pebbles Tour ‘n’ Travels and will be announced after the contest is completed.

4. The judges’ decision will be the final decision. Participants shall accept the decision as a binding one and shall in no event challenge the same.

5. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win

 

Prize Conditions

 

1. The winners will be rewarded a 1 night stay at Sand Pebbles Bhitarkanika Jungle Resorts near Bhitarkanika National Park, Odisha with Breakfast for 2 people on twin sharing basis.

2. The date of arrival of the winners must be informed to Sand Pebbles Tour ‘n’ Travels 15 days well in advance to check the availability.

3. The stay will be confirmed by Sand Pebbles Tour ‘n’ Travels subject to availability of the Non AC Swiss Tents in the Resort for the date the winner requests.

4. In case the rooms are not available for the date, the stay might be postponed or pre-poned as per the availability.

5. The stay would be for 1 night on any day during the weekdays (Mon–Thursday), not on weekends and not on sold-out dates.

6. Please visit http://www.bhitarkanikanationalpark.com/... for the Reservation Policy, Cancellation Policy, Words on Operation and Do’s and Don’ts of the Bhitarkanika National Park.

Winning Criteria:

1. Residents of India, 18 years and above.

2. The winner(s) will have to produce identity proof and other documents when they reach the venue. Failure to present such documents will lead to disqualification.

 

 

Other terms

 

1. The employees of Sand Pebbles Tour ‘n’ Travels, its employees, agents, distributors, dealers and their immediate families (including employees, agents, distributors, dealers and immediate families of its affiliate / group companies) are not entitled to take part in the promotion.

2. By participating in this Contest, Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these T&C as stated herein. This Contest is subject to the laws of India, and is not offered outside of India.

3. Participating in the contest through the above mentioned medium and registering an entry in accordance with the aforesaid instructions does not confer upon the caller any right to win the contest

4. The winners will be notified with details on how to claim their prize. Only two attempts will be made to contact the winner on his/her through the medium of participation. In the event of non-availability of the concerned winner, the Prize shall lapse.

5. On submission of an entry for this Contest, every Participant agrees to consent to use the said submission across properties like print, Facebook wall, galleries on Facebook for Sand Pebbles Tour ‘n’ Travels marketing activities as they may deem fit in its sole discretion and also undertakes to do any and/or all acts, deeds, matter or things and further execute any and all documents in such manner as may be required by Sand Pebbles Tour ‘n’ Travels in its sole and absolute discretion. Sand Pebbles Tour ‘n’ Travels, its agents and distributors under no circumstances would be responsible or liable to compensate the Participant and / or Winner, or accept any liability for inability of the Participant / Winner to receive the Prize for any reasons attributable to the non-compliance of the Terms & Conditions by the Participant / Winner.

6. Sand Pebbles Tour ‘n’ Travels may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any submissions, and prohibit further participation in this Contest by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the submission process or with the operation of this Contest or acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Participants may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
