The Smart Move Contest Terms and Conditions

1. The contest is open on 4th and 5th of December 2015. Participants have to solve 3 simple puzzles. Don’t forget to tag us.
2. The first 2 Puzzles would be Unscrambled Words on the Facebook and Twitter timeline. The 3rd Puzzle would be The Smart Move game. Participants should play the game and top the leaderboard. Don’t forget to share and invite your friends.
3. Fans have to log on to the Facebook page of the brand and like the page. For Twitter, fans have to follow the handle (https://twitter.com/BajajAllianzLIC ).
4. Entry to the Contest is open to anyone aged 18 years and above on the date of entry and must be a resident of India on the date of entry.
5. The winner has to reply on the notification of winning within 72 hours. Should this response, for no matter what reason, not be received, another winner is appointed as substitution.
6. Should disputes arise in connection with the identity of a participant, a decision is made in favour of the holder of the email account that was used to register for the draw.
7. Should the winner have transmitted incorrect information which makes further contact to said winner impossible, the latter forfeits all and any prize won.
8. Participation over lottery/competition associations or automated services is not permitted.
9. Bajaj Allianz reserves the right to change, supplement or discontinue the competition should the impression arise that attempts are made to send several automated registrations or attempts be made to interfere with the competition in a disturbing manner by other means.
10. The prize cannot be assigned, paid out in cash or substituted.
11. Bajaj Allianz reserves the right, as it deems to be necessary, to change, supplement, add provisions or delete such provisions in connection with these terms and conditions of use.
12. You are eligible for one prize only.
13. The prizes will be distributed after the end of the contest.
14. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and Twitter.
15. The participant is providing information to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance and not to Facebook or Twitter.
16. Please note, the decision of the judges would be final. No correspondence would be entertained in this regard.
