1. The Contest is brought to you by Bajaj Capital Limited.

2. The Financial Fitness Challenge will run on Facebook(Click Here), LinkedIn and Twitter starting from December 14, 2015 for 4 weeks.

3. To participate in the Fitness Challenge, you must answer each question on Facebook, Twitter (@mybajajcapital) and LinkedIn.

4. The contest is open to all the Indian citizens residing in India, above 18 years of age.

5. Every week, 1 winner will get a Flipkart gift voucher worth Rs. 1000 and at the end of the challenge, a mega winner will get Tablet worth Rs. 5000/-

6. The contest is valid all across India.

7. The users replying after the deadline will not be eligible for the prize.

8. The winners will be selected by an independent panel of judges.

9. The winner will be required to provide the complete name, address and phone number and such other information/details as may be asked by the organizer representative.

10. The winner will be contacted by our representatives to take more details and to brief the winner on about the process of redemption of the prize.

11. Award of prizes is subject to the discretion of the management. After verification the winner will be informed of the entire process of redemption of the prize.

12. Decision of the management will be final and binding with regards to the promotion and prizes.

13. The management reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and Indian residency at the nominated prize delivery address.

14. No cash payment will be made in lieu of the prize.

15. The organizers accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize. Winners will have to bear the incidental costs, if any, that may arise for redemption of the prize.

16. The management reserves the right to change/modify/or withdraw the contest without any prior notice. The management reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without any prior notice.

17. All disputes relating to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi only.
