- participate, one should be a fan of the HBO India Facebook page.
- All participants must submit their entries as comments on the contest post. Comments posted on other posts shall not be considered valid.
- The contest will last 5 days (December 21, 2015 to December 25, 2015).
- 2 lucky winners will be selected for the contest. The right to choose the winners rests with HBO India and their decision shall stand final.
- If any entry is found to have abusive or profane language, or attempts to harass or even attack the integrity and personality of any individual or entity in a way that we find demeaning or derogatory, such an entry shall stand disqualified from the contest.
- Acceptance of an entry is subject to the discretion of HBO India.
- HBO India reserves the right to reject any entry or disqualify any participant(s) without assigning a reason. Their decision in this regard shall be final and binding upon the participant(s) without any demur or objection.
- Any or all merchandise will be couriered to the address stated by the winners through and within the service area of Blue Dart. HBO India does not take the responsibility for any damages incurred in transit or non-delivery of the prize.
- Prizes are not subject to exchange or replacement and are not redeemable for cash or kind.
- Prizes shall be delivered within 60 days of the announcement of winners.
- The participant must be a residing citizen of India. Entries from fans residing outside India won’t be considered valid.
