DEFINITIONS:

1. “#SpotTheOdd” is a Facebook contest where contestants have to identify odd word from the options. Contest is based on an engagement activity, contestant had to answer 5 simple questions based on the nuclear.
2. The contest is open to all people globally.(“Participant”)
3. Contest Duration: The contest “#SpotTheOdd” starts at 11 am on 11th December 2015 and ends on 12th December 2015 at 6 p.m. Any entry after the specified duration will be disqualified.
4. Use the hashtag: “#SpotTheOdd” along with your answer on Facebook.
5. The contest prize will be awarded to 3 winners. All the three winners will win online shopping vouchers through email. The first winner will get a chance to visit Tarapur Atomic Power Station (T.A.P.S) within a year.
6. The winners will be selected based on the lucky draw basis.
7. Jury will be the well-known experts from the industry of nuclear energy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. #SpotTheOdd (“Contest”) is brought to you by NFF (Nuclear Friends Foundation).
2. By participating in this contest, the contestant agrees to accept the terms and conditions of the contest.
3. NFF reserves the right to remove any comments that de-motivate, defame or abuse any participant or cancel, withdraw, change or substitute the Prize at any time without any prior notice.
4. The Prize is not exchangeable for any other product or item, is non- transferable and cannot be encashed under any circumstances.
5. The Program cannot be combined with or clubbed with any other scheme and/or offer from NFF, subsisting or announced at a future date by NFF.
6. NFF reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof at its sole discretion at anytime during its validity and without notice, as shall be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/ or force majeure events and the same shall be binding on the Contestant.
7. The Prize will be delivered within 10-15 working days from the date of announcement of the Winner. NFF shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the Prize due to non-availability of stocks or any other reason beyond its control. The winning Contestant shall not have any rights to claim, loss or costs from NFF for delay in delivery of the Prize on any grounds whatsoever.
8. NFF is the owner and/ or licensee of various trademarks including all graphics, logos, page headers, button icons,scripts and service names relating to the Contest and the Participants are not allowed to use the same in any manner whatsoever; whether or not it causes confusion among contestants, or disparages or discredits NFF or its Affiliates. All other trademarks not owned by NFF or its Affiliates that appear on this Website or Contest, are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with or connected to NFF.
9. Suspected or actual fraud and/or suspected or actual abuse relating to the Program, by way of fake or duplicate profile or profiles may result in termination of Contestant participation in the Program in addition to any other rights or remedies NFF shall have whether in law or equity against Contestant.
10. The Contestant shall ensure that the content uploaded by the contestant:

Shall not violate any kind of intellectual property rights of any kind. In case of photographs are related to a natural person whether living or dead, the consent of such natural person or his/her legal heir must be taken.

1. Should not contain any defamatory content.
2. Should not contain any theme or content which is illegal or against the public policy.
3. Should not be against the national interest.
4. Should not be against the social or religious sentiments of any individual or group of people.
5. Shall not be an imitation or copy of the image or content owned by any other person or entity.

11. Decision of NFF on all aspects including with regard to administering the Program shall be final and binding on the Contestant.

12. Participation in this Program shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and of any rules and regulations already announced.

13. The Contestant acknowledges that he has fully read and understood and is thus fully aware of the terms and conditions of the Program and his/her participation in this Program is voluntary.

1. In case of any issues related to the Contest, Contestant shall e-mail their query to nuclearfriendsfoundation@gmail.com for all matters, queries or disputes, concerning the Contest and its terms and conditions shall be final, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

14. The winner would be contacted twice over a period of 48 hrs. In case the winner is not reachable or he/she cannot redeem the Prize for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer will reserve the right to pass on the gift to another participant without any further notice to the winner.
