Terms & Conditions

1) #SoBusyThat Contest is being organized by the Vichy India brand belonging to L'Oreal India Private Limited (L'Oreal India)

2) As a part of the Vichy India #SoBusyThat Contest, participants can share their entries through Facebook only.

3) In order to be eligible to win the contest, the participants must do the following: a) Like their page, b) Using #SoBusyThat, tell them what takes a back seat because of your busy schedule. c) Tag 5 friends.

4) The contest is valid only for Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 years, residing in India and shall take place PAN India. The Contest shall be valid from the 7th December - 10th December, 2015.

5) 2 winners will be announced for the contest, each of whom will receive a sample of the Aqualia Thermal Night Spa. The five friends tagged by the participant shall also receive a sample each. The selection of winners lies solely with Vichy India. In case of disputes, the decision of Vichy India shall be final.

6) The 2 winners will be randomly selected by Vichy India and announced after the above mentioned date of the contest. Winners of the contest will be contacted individually.

7) Selection of the winners is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

8) Vichy India shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the contest.

9) Vichy India will not be responsible for wrong contact details provided by the winners.

Intimation; that a participant is a Winner of the Contest hosted by Vichy India will be sent via any mode of delivery as Vichy India considers appropriate & at a time that is deemed by Vichy India to be correct.

10) The participation in the contest is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. No employee, retailer, distributor or agent of Vichy India shall be entitled to participate in the contest.

11) There is no cash alternative for the prize and the same cannot be exchanged for cash at any point nor transferred to someone else. Failure to accept the prize by the winner(s) when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner(s) and Vichy India reserves its rights to award the prize to another winner.

12) Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to Vichy India to use the winner's name, relevant details and/or photographs for purposes of publicity,advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.

13) Vichy India reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue,withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of the Contest, at its sole discretion, without any notice at any time during the validity of the Contest. No correspondence will be shared in this regard.

14) Vichy India reserves the right to not give away the prize(s) in the event of non-production of any of the specified documents and/or submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent document(s)/ information and in such a case the prize(s) shall be forfeited in its entirety.

15) Vichy India reserves its rights to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names and photographs of all participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. Vichy India further reserves its right to use any personal data of participants in any manner and/or for any purpose it deems fit and a participant is deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment to be made by Vichy India to any participant in this regard.

16) The Contest is subject to force majeure conditions.

17) All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.

18) Vichy India shall not be responsible for any disruption to the Application, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which are beyond its reasonable control. In the event of disruption of the Application, Vichy India shall make reasonable efforts to remedy such disruption and resume the Application.

19) These terms and conditions shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Application.
